On Wednesday, 17 February, seven students qualified to represent our school at the Broadwater District Swimming Carnival. Congratulations Remmy, Roxy, Zahra, Mylah, Amity, Harriet and Cooper for representing our school with pride and competing with the best swimmers in our District.
The carnival was held at the Gold Coast Aquatic centre in less than favourable conditions with howling winds and rain squalls but our students showed resilience in not letting that affect their performance. Some of our students even posted personal best times, congratulations to all our swimmers.
